Flexible Scheduling
We will try to schedule appointments at times that work for you and your family. We understand that some children have many doctor appointments, receive several services or have siblings who are important too. Please keep us updated on what works.

How Often
The CPSE determines which services and how much of each service per week your child can receive. This information is outlined in the IEP.

Location of Services
Services may be provided at a preschool or Head Start program, our locations, the child’s home or a child care center.

Cancellations
Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel a session due to illness or other appointments. We will do the same for you.
