Keeping in Touch
If we provide services to your child at his or her preschool, babysitter’s or child care center, we will work out a way to keep you informed. This could include regular phone calls, e-mails or notes in a shared notebook--whatever works for you.

Annual Review
Therapists complete an Annual Review, a fomal progress report which includes updated assessment results, your child’s progress toward IEP goals and any ongoing or additional concerns.

CPSE Meetings
Your child’s CPSE will conduct, at minimum, an annual meeting to review your child’s progress and determine continued eligibility for services.

Individualized Education Program (IEP)
The IEP is a flexible education plan designed to change as your child’s needs do. It will be reviewed at least once a year, or more often as requested. You can request this document at any time.
