Enrollment

CPSE
Your school district’s Committee on Preschool Special Education (CPSE) can recommend your child to Little Lukes preschool. The CPSE is a group of educators and administrators who create education plans for children with special needs.

Referral
To receive preschool special education services, your child must be referred to the CPSE and evaluated to determine eligibility. You may choose Little Lukes as your evaluation site.

Education Plan
Next the CPSE creates an Individualized Education Program (IEP), a detailed plan of your child's goals and objectives and the necessary programs and services to meet those goals.

Transition from EI
Children in Early Intervention who are as young as 2 years 9 months may begin the transition from Early Intervention to Preschool Services. Little Lukes is an approved integrated preschool.
